We understand that not everybody is the same therefore we would not expect everyone to be at the same fitness level. Exercises given out can be progressed/regressed to suit all fitness needs and capabilities and we have members starting off that have not exercised so no need to be nervous. We currently have a wide variety of fitness levels at training so no matter where you are you will fit right in.
All you need to bring is a drink bottle and a mat or towel you can lay down on. Please ensure you have appropriate exercise attire and shoes.
If it’s your first time please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time so we can meet each other and have a quick chat.
You can book and pay for your class through our online booking system. Get in touch and we set you up an account.
Our 45min sessions are time effective sessions which means you get an amazing workout in a short intense timeframe. You will be challenged with something new as we rotate our class focus format to give you loads of variety for the best results. Each session has variety including functional fitness, cardio, strength training, HIIT, boxing, circuit training and core .
As much as we love the outdoors, our facilities see us through all weather conditions, rain, hail or shine. All our training locations provide undercover areas so you don't have to worry about missing a session.
YES! children of all ages are welcome. Your baby/child can have a sleep in their pram, have a play or sit on a mat beside you. They are more than welcome to join in with us. Once you and your child are happy that's all that matters!
You may be able to return to exercise 6 - 8 weeks after birth. Please get in touch with and we can run through our fitness exercise pre-screening. A clearance letter from your doctor or midwife is required and we strongly recommend that you visit a Women's Health Physio for a full assessment before starting any fitness exercise programme. We will work together with her health care professional to ensure you return to exercise safety. All trainers are experienced and pre and post natal qualified.
Depending on the injury or issue w can alter most exercises to accommodate the injury. Just make sure to let us know in advance so we can plan for you. And make sure it's ok with your health care professional first! We will work together with your health are professional to ensure you are safely exercising.
